Approach
Use the industrial base that already exists.
RedSpecter Defense calls this National Strategic Integration (NSI)—military-civilian fusion. The company intends to assemble a training capability from U.S. manufacturers rather than wait on a new production line that does not exist yet.
NSI
Domestic aerospace, integrated for training.
The Department of Defense needs threat-representative presentations now: cruise missiles, one-way attack UAS, and numbers that manned Red Air cannot economically provide. The U.S. already has jet-target airframes, guidance suppliers, autonomy firms, and range infrastructure.
NSI, as we use the term, is the work of pulling those pieces into a training service: recoverable adversary air at a published target price of $11,500 per flight hour. It is a teaming and integration thesis. It is not a claim that the network is under contract.

Navy
Sea-skimming and fleet defense
Emulate sea-skimming missiles and inbound UAS for carrier and ship self-defense training. NAS Point Mugu and NAS Patuxent River are the intended coastal nodes, aligned with existing test infrastructure.
Army
Ground force vs. UAS
Train ground units against drone incursions and cruise-missile-like profiles that current manned Red Air does not resemble. Portable, repeatable presentations matter more than a unique airframe paint job.
Maturity
Self-assessed TRL 4.
RedSpecter Defense assesses the concept at Technology Readiness Level 4. That is a laboratory / component-level claim by the company. It is not a government TRL determination, a flight-test report, or evidence of operational squadrons.
We do not claim current Department of Defense contracts, certified aircraft, or aircraft “in service.” The 30-drone, three-squadron layout is a concept of employment. The scale target of about 100 air vehicles is a planning figure.
Program offices comparing this to an on-contract training service should treat it as a company in formation, not as a substitute for an awarded IDIQ.
